Online Orders CANNOT be returned at retail locations
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Merchandise must have all tags, including any Healing Sole hangtags, attached.
The Quick Start Fitting Guide must be sent with your return.
Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels and in a separate shipping box. The original box should not be damaged.
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
