Has It Been Less Than 14 Days?
Our flip flops have a 7-14 day break-in period where they will mold to the individualized shape of your foot and adjust to your specific walking pattern. It is not uncommon to feel some sensitivity in your feet and even your hip and back during the break in period – give them more time! After 2-3 weeks, this will melt away.

Lost Package?

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or stolen. After your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for delivery.

Please file a lost package claim with your shipping carrier before contacting us for a replacement. Please note: We can only replace your lost package 7 buisness days after the shipping carrier shows your package has been delivered.


If you're not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to send your order back within 30 days of the date you received the package for a refund*. Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. An option will be available to receive your refund via a store credit. A total of $9 will be charged to cover return shipping on Returns and Exchanges. PLEASE NOTE: Your original shipping charges are non-refundable.
*Well Theory products must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Orders can be returned after 30 days for a non-refundable store credit.

We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receipt and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this is complete. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle.
Due to Internal Customs, we are unable to provide return shipping labels to any international order. All returns and exchange shipping fees are at the customer's expense. Orders can be shipped to:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • All returns must include the shoebox in its original condition, without postage labels and in a separate shipping box.
  • The original packing slip or your name and order number must be included in the box to insure a speedy return process.
  • Gift cards and T-shirts are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Online Orders CANNOT be returned to retail locations.
  • Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Exchange Process

We offer size exchanges within 14 days after delivery for all customers of The Healing Sole to ensure that you find the perfect fit. A total of $9 will be charged to cover return shipping on Exchanges.

  1. SUBMIT AN EXCHANGE REQUEST Please fill out our Online Request. Enter your order number and shipping zip code. Follow the instructions on the Request Form to select a new size to receive with your exchange.
  2. PREPARE YOUR EXCHANGE Print out the shipping label provided at the end of the process. Place the flip flops with the original packaging into the original shipping box (if available).
  3. SHIP YOUR EXCHANGE Affix the label to the box and drop it off at your nearest UPS or USPS location.
  4. RECEIVE YOUR EXCHANGE Once your package is shipped back to The Healing Sole, your exchange pair of flip flops will ship out. You will receive an email with tracking information for your new pair of The Healing Sole flip flops.
