Here's How You Break In The Healing Sole

Today, we are going to discuss the best formula for breaking in your new pair of The Healing Sole!


Typically, it takes around 7-14 days to break them in.

You might find that the break-in process is faster or slower for you. That is entirely normal! Everyone’s body is different, and no two people experience the same healing journey!

In the first few days, you will want to wear them for no more than 1 hour.

Do not jump right into wearing them all day! If you do, you might find that your feet hurt even more than when you first put them on.

Your Healing Sole flip flops or sandals are more than just another pair of shoes -

They are a tool to help you find relief by stretching and strengthening your muscles, ligaments, and tendons!

It is vital to allow your feet enough time to get used to walking with a rocker bottom sole.

As your body adjusts, gradually increase how long you wear them from 1 hour to 2 hours to 3 hours, etc.

If you are experiencing an increase in soreness and pain, give your feet a day or so to rest before continuing to wear them!


As you start approaching your second week of wearing your new footwear from The Healing Sole, you should begin to feel a significant reduction in your normal foot pain and sensitivity.

Any residual soreness from newly used foot muscles should start melting away as the sole molds to the shape of your feet, helping your body offload and redistribute pressure while you walk.


Once you have successfully broken in your Healing Soles, you will start to feel lasting pain relief even when you are wearing another pair of shoes!

We recommend wearing them for at least 2 hours every day or as needed.
